Great Job repairing my HP laptop screen. I cracked the screen after my laptop fell if my bed, I was in and out within 20 minutes, and I have a 2 year warranty on the repair. A+++ highly recommended.

I went into Forest City Computer Repairs to have my faulty wireless witch repairs on my HP laptop, I wasn’t even in there for 20 minutes and the problem was fixed, the most honest repair shop in town hands down, because if was only a driver issue, the price was very fair. Highly recommended.

I got the RCMP virus last night while downloading movies, I was so cared because it looked so real. The guys at Forest City Computer Repairs were so professional, because km in a wheel chair they came and picked up my virus infected laptop, fixed it and had it back to me within 2 hours. Easy to find on Adelaide St just south of Oxford. Resolved PC trouble after water spilled on my laptop. Quick parts and installation as promised. No hassles and obviously a big plus with the no charge diagnostic. In total I probably spent 10 minutes in the store. I am typing this review on the newly fixed computer right now.

I had a great experience getting my laptop serviced at Forest City Computer Repairs. Their customer service was impeccable; I arrived at the shop shortly after it opened, and Al (the technician) serviced my laptop in about an hour. I had my laptop’s thermal paste reapplied, and Al also helped clear dust from my fan at a very reasonable price. My laptop was idling at 95 degrees and now its down to 65 degrees and only goes to 75ish while stressed. I definitely recommend going to this shop if you have any laptop issues

I had an issue with my laptop not turning on at all. I emailed on a Sunday to talk about the issue, and received a response shortly after. I thought this was great considering it was a Sunday and the shop itself wasn’t even open. I brought it to Forest City Repairs the next day at 1:30 and had it back by 4:00 PM. He even told me to come for 3:30, I just didn’t make it that early. He took apart my whole laptop (which I can honestly say for my make and model it sucks to take it apart) and replaced the back DC port. He already had the part in stock which was fantastic. Super nice guy, reasonable price, especially because the repair was done so quickly and the diagnosis was free. I’d definitely recommend going to him if you have an issue.

Forest City Computer Repairs has the best customer service I have ever encountered. My fan was making a terrible noise and they located the problem and cleaned it out and had it back to me in a matter of hours! The cost was reasonable as well. I will definitely be returning for any future computer needs!

Forest City Computers was very helpful. I called to see if they fixed water damage on a keyborad and he said yes and to bring it in. I was in and out within ten minutes and he replaced my whole keyboard. The keyborad was already in stock and I didn’t have to wait for one to be ordered. Prices are reasonable and service was awesome. I defiantly recommend them.

They do great quick fixes and I’m certain that I’ll be going there from now on for all my computer stuff!

I had a most comfortable .prompt and efficient service with Al ( owner cooperator) . He was helful, full of advice and I had my rather old laptop serviced within an hour. Staples has said it could not do anything for me. Wil recommend to anyone.vm

I spilled pop all over my keyboard and with school starting school i needed a quick fix. I called in on sunday and although they weren’t open Al, offered to meet me at the shop regardless. Fixed my keyboard in under 10 minutes and at a very reasonable price too ! Great services, will return if anything else happens to my laptops

My data is very important to me. As a photographer, I store many thousands of photo files on an external hard drive to save room on my computer. When my external hard drive crashed, this was a major issue for me.Al at Forest City Computer Repair was able to reassure me, recover the files and have it back to me by the next day- and at a reasonable price as well.

I went in to Forest City Computer Repairs because my computer screen was black and although I could hear it turn on, there was no picture. They quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to reassure me that I would not loose any information on my hard drive. They gave me repair options, answered my questions honestly, and didn’t pressure me into making any decisions. Brought in a laptop that wouldn’t power on. They diagnosed the issue very quickly and salvaged my hard drive data without any issues. Gave an honest assessment of the problem and provided options rather than pushing me in one direction or the other. They worked very hard to fix my laptop despite the severity of the problem. On top of that, the cost was extremely economical. They go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied. VERY highly recommended.

My heart sank when my laptop screen cracked. I have heard the line, “Your warranty does not cover this” so many times. I immediately began panicking because I have had to spend a lot of money on repairs before. I do not regret giving my business to Al. The price did not magically change after the repairs were done -it was a flat $150, no taxes. He also drove to my house to pick up and drop off my laptop and wouldn’t accept my cash until he had brought it back. He did not charge anything for the pick up or delivery. The best part of it all was that the laptop was back at my house in less than five hours.
My grandfather frequently complains that there is no professionalism anymore. I cannot express how happy I am to honestly say that he is wrong. Al is a true professional. Quick, efficient and friendly service. If the need ever arises, I will be a returning customer.

They really are the best price in London.On top of that, they do free pickup, repair under 24 hours and return your computer in great shape. I paid $35 which I thought was fantastic compared to the $159 quote the computer repair store down the road quoted me for the same thing.

Fast and knowledgable service. Al was honest about the state of my computer and found an inexpensive solution, basically rebuilding my pc in a new case while salvaging my hard-drive, DVD drive and OS license.
